In this matter, the Webasto Colleagues will be voting in a single election. Please review the information pertaining to your group's ballot.
DETERMINATION OF VOTING GROUPS (UNITS)
VOTING GROUP - UNIT INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time production employees, maintenance employees, team leaders, shipping and receiving employees and forklift drivers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 14988 Pilot Dr. Plymouth Michigan.
EXCLUDED From Election(s): All professional staff, engineers, contractors, managerial employees, research and development employees, temporary employees and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
Voter Eligibility: Eligible to vote are those in the unit who were employed during the payroll period ending April 16, 2023, including employees who did not work during that period because they were ill, on vacation, or temporarily laid off.
DETERMINATION OF ELECTION OUTCOME(S)
A secret-ballot election under the Board's Rules and Regulations shall be held under the supervision of the Regional Director on the date and at the hours and places specified below:
THURSDAY, MAY 18, 2023
8:00am - 10:30am
6:00pm to 8:30pm
In the lunchroom located within Employers facility located at 14988 Pilot Drive, Plymouth MI
the potential election outcomes above, if the union FAILS to receive the majority of ballots cast, they will lose the election. No unit can be involved in a second election within twelve months.
